(Above photo) Bottom of back stairs.  The bottom stair that is now mostly flush with the ground was pounded into that position and the step immediately above it propped up with bricks after at least one tenant fell coming down the stairs when the second step gave way about a year ago.  Maintenance performed in this instance by UHS's Resident Monitor for Greentree Terrace.

There are strips of thin, painted wood (1/4" plywood?) attached for cosmetic purposes (covering places where the landings and balconies separate from flooring) that are coming off in some places and coverings on landings and balconies that are bowing and becoming collecting places for water.
