New for November

What’s Going On? ...In October, we invited the resident monitor for Greentree Terrace, Danny Cantrell, to join us to review and explain the rules for living here. ...In early November, we made four trips to the polls (two during the early voting season and two on election day) to provide transportation for those people who let us know they needed a ride in order to vote. Coming up:  For Thanksgiving, thanks to a generous benefactor, we will be buying a couple of turkeys and cooking holiday meals for some of our tenants who need that help. If you know one of our neighbors we should be doing this for, please let us know. (Our resources are limited, so we will be limiting this help to only those who do not have the resources or family to do this for themselves.) Coming Soon! Do you want to stop smoking? Have you tried electronic cigarettes yet? We will be presenting an informational meeting to introduce you to the options available to help you.  If you think electronic cigarettes are just about the disposable ones or the Blu brand available at Walgreen’s, please plan to join us!  We will have numerous types of devices you can see and try out and are working now to obtain some free equipment we can give to people who cannot afford to buy their own but want to stop smoking by trying this.  More details will be available soon!
